Pros

-Good employee discounts (if you like cycling) -Some nice people who made the job a bit more pleasant, like EC, SB, AM (my first TL), AC(Tech), JC(Tech)..and some colleagues.

Cons

-Low salary and poor work-life balance. Even call centres pay more than them. -The whole site in Mallusk was rotten to the core. Favouritism towards locals was the norm, in detriment of foreigners who generally worked much harder and got the worst shift patterns for chat. -One of the TLs was basically a two-face backstabber who wouldn't hesitate to report you (even when she reported something that wasn't true) and then smile at you and play nice. -An operations manager with ZERO management capabilities who was more of a "sheriff" for those who weren't in his circle. -A team leader ridiculously strict with her own team and more than permissive with her (local) friends from other teams. -A sort of mafia where a TL would never confront another TL and sometimes would even cover up or turn a blind eye on their friends in other teams, no matter how blatant their behaviour was. -Ridiculous quality system with so many KPIs that it got mental. It is so easy to come up with stupid rules and add little tasks when you don't have to follow them as head of training.
