Really focused on developing their colleagues with multiple learning academies available. Great culture where everyone is willing to help each other out and hasn't lost the family feel. Profit Share for colleagues over 1 year. Great engagement prizes to be won for all colleagues and opportunities for colleagues to be involved in.
Cons
Always trying to improve on everything so not much can be said as they are making improvements to areas that need it. e.g annual leave
