Grand place to work, unfair dismissal in my eyes - Anonymous employee Chadwicks Group Employee Review

Forced to use something like 4 holiday days for Christmas, even though they’re closed. Fired for missing a few days of work, everyone gets sick from time to time it’s part of being human. No warning, just dismissed. Felt like just a number, I don’t think anyone in higher management considers the fact there’s an actual human being working for them. When working Saturdays, which is more than once a month, you just have to work 6 days in a row, you don’t get another day off during the week.
