Pros

There is no good reason to work at this place.

Cons

Management is very rude and not very familiar with world wide management standards. There is no encouragement what so ever, just orders and in your reviews you will be told that how much more they expected from you. Everyday you find yourself cornered by managers and sometimes they don't even make sense. Very very cheap company. The benefits is awful, the insurance is very expensive and doesn't cover you well. This is a very cheap company, the bonus is around ~1.2% and you don't get paid very well. There is no work/ Life balance, you have to stay and finish everything by yourself because although they say they are hiring, you feel the short staff on a daily basis. They try to show that they care about you, but it is fake. Very few of the people playing the critical roles are really qualified to do their job. Leaving this company was the best decision I ever made in my entire life.

Pros

Flexible work schedules and timelines, understanding of other conflicts. Communication to management and product managers to determine scope of work and expectations was easily accessible.

Cons

Project scope changed frequently and grew larger and larger, but that's expected with these kinds of projects.

Pros

Interesting technology sector. Offered HMO for employee only with premiums paid by the company. Other plans also available but with premiums

Cons

Level of professionalism - immature. Atmosphere - a swamp. Be prepared to deal with incompetence that survived years of employment and created an environment incompatible with any transformation and growth. Example: Me: “Here is my initial proposal” Management: “It’s not compliant with the standard” Me: “Can I please get a copy of the standard to tailor my proposal?” Management: “No, the access to the standard is restricted” Many odd restrictions in the office.
