47% of the company turned over in less than 6 months. I did the math. 47%. Stopped paying employees' salary at will and expected them to "just keep working". I mean literally stop paying you for months on end, Which is illegal by the way. Doesn't follow cGMP (if you want training this is not the place for you) Owners scream at employees on a weekly basis I too was like you. I thought "these are just disgruntled previous employees writing reviews who didn't do a good job." NOPE. These reviews undersell the absolute horror that is ceutical labs. The owners will undoubtedly spout narcissistic rhetoric "you just aren't tough enough, you just can't work like I work." It's all nonsense. The truth is no one is willing to put up with no pay (literally no pay. "we can't pay you for the next few weeks"), constant abuse, and no room for growth. The owner reads these reviews and will try to counter any and all arguments made here. He'll very specifically mention items that directly counter what I say. Notice when he directly counters my points made here with an excuse in the interview process.
