Pros
Certicon's biggest Pro are coworkers. Most of the employees are young people and overall the atmosphere is very relaxed and it's easy to get along with everyone.
Cons
Certicon's major client tends to shape the company resulting in fossilized project management. Project managers are overloaded with mindless demands from the client which causes them to focus on complying with them instead of doing what is reasonable (they don't usually have another option to be fair). Eventhough they claim to use agile dev techniques in reality it's waterfall at its worst.
