Pros
-interesting projects for big customers -good company's culture and friendly atmosphere -great opportunities while working on interesting projects -possibility to promote if you are good at what you do -opportunity to travel abroad I like to work at Certicon because it offers me to participate on interesting and important projects for big customers.
Cons
-not many own projects -no beverages at the workplace - fast growth - leads to more bureaucracy I would appreciate more and better benefits, similar to big companies and competition.
