Horrible work/life balance and culture - Program Analyst CertiPath Employee Review

No sort of start off training. condencending leaders. passive aggressive work environment. some leaders will rush you for items to be complete without adequate expectation or direction. you basically have to be a mind reader to succeed in this company and say good bye to your peace and mental health. just not worth the super stressful environment. i spend hours working after hours and not get paid for it. don't get fooled by the unlimited leave. any company that offers this knows that the work is super stressful and you will never have time to take time off.
