      Communication from upper management was abysmal. They prioritized a strict waterfall design structure that eliminated any developer creativity and innovation. If you are not a manager and you are not based offshore, be prepared to be laid off.

      Lots of work, promotion is by seniority, not by performance. No transparency in salary and bonus structure. Many good and competent employees have left.
