      Pros

      If you are friends with the mgmnt, you can pass by doing the bare minimum, no1 really cares.

      Cons

      1. you will never get your salary on time 2. If you are in sales, it would take you a few months before you can get your travel expenses back. 3. they need cheap labour. you are golden as long as you are cheap and work like a donkey 4. Pathetic office and environment 5. no transport 6. demeaning and demotivating management 7. If you are not a rich snob you can't fit in 8. They don't care about the employees I could go on and on, but i think you get the picture.

      We have an excellent management team with an open door policy. We listen to every employee and contractor as they are our greatest assets. We are a growing company and certainly not perfect, but we do our best to address concerns that can benefit the company and everyone.

      Great work environment, Management open door policy, Great work life balance, opportunities to learn every aspect of the business, New ideas are welcomed.

      No set Human Resources policies in place,

      There are no pros for this company, unfortunately.

      Cons

      If you would like to work and not get paid this is a perfect place for you. You are expected to work for free and to accept any excuse presented to you for not getting paid on time or at all. It is simply not a place where one can think of career development and secure business future. Friendly advice: just avoid this place.
