      People are great, with shared values and a flexible, relaxed working environment.

      Cons

      Given that it's a NFP, resources are tight and there might not be alot of support. Go into it knowing that. Also hard to innovate.

      Ceres is a small non-profit organization going through significant changes. It is growing fast and just established permanent remote and hybrid work policies. These changes have proved to be a challenge as staff learn to work in rapidly changing and virtual environments.
