LOTS of changes in management, documentation, and requirements. Requests to join meetings unpaid. Told to look for things in the SOP that is always changing and takes a lot of time to find what you are looking for. Too much time wasted. Prescribers come and go regularly- lack stability for clients. Minimal pay for no shows withing a 3 hr window. Expectations for Therapists to check slack regularly- unpaid time. Benefits are earned in quarters and re-evaluated every quarter so you can lose your benefits after paying your deductible.
