      Initially seemed like a solid family owned business. They have been in business 30 years

      Cons

      No breakdown of commission at all No growth opportunities No direction from management Very little drive And after working there a year and needed to take a few weeks off for knee surgery They let me go after I gave them recovery time And it was Christmas Which is very slow And frankly shocking

      Pros

      Family owned and operated. Laid-back atmosphere with co-workers that really care and want to help each other succeed. Great benefits and various opportunities to grow within. Willingness to teach new skills to employees who choose to expand their knowledge.

      Cons

      Parking. Not a lot of employee parking options.
