      Salary is good. One or two people are competent. I believe they try to promote from within, so that's good.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. No one knows what's going on. Projects are done with sticky notes on a board - c'mon, everyone knows you just move the sticky if your project falls behind

      Layoffs pretty much every quarter. Most of the good folks have left. The parent company makes decisions that directly impact associates at Cepheid
