If you have a brown nose, you will go far here. If you kiss up to management, your job is secure no matter how incompentent you are. It's like the blind leading the blind at this company. Management knows the cost of mailing everything due to their past experience as mail clerks.
Cons
Its not what you know but who you kiss up to. Great company to work for if you have a brown nose. Management use to be the file and mail clerks. They will feel threatened if you have a College degree. Management will try to use words from the Thesaurus to sound intelligent to mask their High School level education.
