Management is really unprofessional, especially those directly in contact with the employee. Communication on work task changes is scattered and vague. Questions are "welcomed" when you need help, but if you ask you're ridiculed. There is an open door policy for issues, but if anything is brought to their attention, you find out later from co-workers what your boss says about you. Very petty environment and favoritism runs rampant. A lot of the time conversations or comments are either taken completely out of context or exaggerated to make the employee look bad. If they don't "like" you, you are automatically deemed a trouble maker and you will be constantly harassed.
CEO acts like "one of the people" when he's so far removed from the employee's reality that he wouldn't recognize a life like ours.
