The company is good. Culture is fun. People are all friendly. Very smart people too.Nice place to work in. Great potential.

Not so good organizational structure. It is very confusing. The salaries are not great .

Really to work with little or no supervision, ability to interact with subordinate and superior in a cordial and diplomatic way as to adds value to the work.

Safety standard of the company must be strictly adhered to so that the safety of personal, environment ,asset and the reputation of the company can be sustained.
