Great opportunity to grow with in the company

Wasn't paid enough for the amount of work.

There are some great people working there; it's a very friendly place in the trenches.

The plant is barely air-conditioned--summers are horrible. The offices aren't too comfortable in winter time either! The company has grown through acquisition over the past few years, and the owners have accounts of their own. The result is a lot of internal competition over scheduling of jobs. There is a distinct lack of quality consciousness in their print production; it's more like "let's see what we can get away with, and if the customer complains then we'll do it over."
