Pros
Great Training and Excellent for a New Realtor. I learned a lot and attained 5 Realtor designations while working there. Family environment. Just don't become the unloved stepchild.
Cons
You get leads if you do Floor time but you may only get "good" leads after being there for awhile. Sometimes a Long While.
