-Great big offices -3 locations well spread out to cover the entire Peninsula -Brokers/Managers are always ready to tackle difficult questions since they're always available via office or through telephone -Plentiful parking around office -Very in touch with the market via knowledge or advertising. -Brand name is one of the biggest in the world -Very low monthly fees compared to other Real Estate companies
Cons
-Office computers are very antiquated, better have your own or you'll be pretty frustrated -Commission schedule is extremely low for beginners -Co-workers are not your co-workers, they're your rivals. However, they're still very courteous and this is true not for this office but for all Real Estate offices
