Pros
Management is very supportive and helpful when getting started. Training is excellent and allows for learning in many different categories related to both Real Estate and making the best use of technology. C21 certainly ranks well against other Real Estate companies.
Cons
All the courses in the world do not make up for real experience. It can be difficult getting those first few transactions under your belt without a few stumbles. This can eventually turn a Con into a Pro. Another Con can is that start-up time can be tough, especially in a down market, when there is no income earned other than commission; however, this is more a statement about the industry than this company. The only other Con is that Benefits are not provided.
