Pros

Centrepoint have good health care benefits and we receive reflective practice to help with challenging cases and to safeguard professionals,

Cons

Most services are shift work, difficult to balance work and social life, work most weekends, not enough rest, easily get burnt out, only get 30 minutes break, not got the same perks as those working in the head office, seen as dispensible and difficult to transfer roles internally as an SPO.

We take pride in our offices and the reward package that we offer, and we are pleased to hear that you found them satisfactory. We believe that providing a positive work environment and competitive compensation is essential in attracting and retaining Centrepoint employees. Our updated benefits offer includes; Private health insurance, healthcare cashback plan, income protection, Employee assistance programme and much more. We employ over 600 employees and are a nationwide organisation, which does mean employees will be based across various locations leading to reduced visibility in some areas.
