It looks like a pro but its the biggest con that is its a government organization, nobody cares about you as an indivisual no matter how good or bad you perform you are going to get same hike as eveyone else and keep this in mind cdac does't hire permanent employee anymore they will keep you for stated contract period after that you are on your own. And one more awesome thing CDAC does't have work from policy i was woking whole lockdown at office and was not allowed to go home for 8 months even to meet parents in those hard time and mosty funny part is canteen was also closed and there is nothing to eat in 1KM radius.
