Amazing work culture. They have signed up to Time To Change and have Time to Change 'agents' that you can go talk to if you're struggling with something. Staff have openly shared mental health challenges through internal blogs they've written and they have 'fika' (coffee and cake break) every Tuesday for half and hour, where everyone is expected to gather in the building's lobby and socialise over tea/coffee and something baked or prepared by a staff member (done on a rota). They support flexi-working of one day a week from home and some are doing a work-share.

Sometimes very fast-paced and can be stressful. But that's normal in many places.
