Pros

In a Dallas office NOC, everyone goes up and beyond to help each other. Working environment is great. Management is also good as long as you are doing what you are suppose to be doing. Company used to be called Architel but took over by Centre Technologies. Architel guys are great, Centre is trying to bring their way of work which may get little edgy sometimes. Excellent job if you want to learn and boost your career.

Cons

Pay scale is little lower than other companies.

Pros

I had a great experience working for Centre Technologies. They are very people first. They put their clients and employees first. Great work culture, and willing to work with you on your schedule. They are always looking for ways to add additional trainings and help you with your job. They also incentivize you to gain training through new certifications. They have fun themed offices and events.

Cons

The con is that there is not a structured process or help for every single call you get. There are tons of documents and workflows they have provided as resources, however in tech there will always be new random issues clients will call with and you need true troubleshooting skills to figure it out. You have a manager, team leads, and team members to reach out to for help if stuck but there are times where they will all be busy and you may need help and will need to navigate that situation. The longer you work there, the more you learn and the easier this all gets and they understand it is a learning process. Just come in knowing what to expect and ready to learn. One of the cons is also that they don't allow full time remote. They allow remote on Fridays. And they are super flexible with you if you are a parent or student, etc which is great, but the CEO is against full time remote options.
