Pros

Tritech was an amazing place to work at, shame to see all the hardwork it's employees did disrespected.

Cons

After purchasing Tritech, via forced merger from Bain Capital, Superion formed CentralSquare. They laid off the entire Tritech workforce and only offered the absolute bare minimum in severance. They could have chosen to offer more, but choose to only offer the least they could get away with. This shows a lack of respect for their employees.

Pros

The Proposals Team is amazing. The manager and director are supportive, knowledgeable, and fair. The team is hard-working, skilled, and friendly. I will miss them! If you are worried about the other reviews about CentralSquare, the Proposals Department has been insulated from cuts (except for a part-time position), and they try to balance the workload for job security.

Cons

It is a very large company, so there are some silos between departments.

Pros

The people that do the work actually want to provide a good product and fix customers problems.

Cons

Regular priority pivots, not fully implementing previous decisions leaving half baked processes adding overhead. Constant focus on new sales and stringing existing customers along with empty promises. Leading to shrinking headcount in the departments that do the work while sales teams grow and get larger bonuses. Following the increase use of AI and reduce headcount trend
