flexible hours, good co workers, alternate weekend work. Fairly wide range of product and knowledgeable personel. Perfect for going back to school, summer job, or retiree work.
Cons
Definately not a CAREER to desire. seems to be little care about employees from the corperate end. Been awaiting a review for 3 months . pay is next to nothing. Always pulling a manager from the store to go somewhere else, and bring in new managers off the street instead of promoting people who are well deserved of it from within the store. Employees Ive seen who performed inexcusible action at work never got fired, wrote up, and barely even talked to about what they were doing even when it was a danger and embarassing to the rest of our employees and customers.
