Pros
Very flexible on time off and making up hours throughout the week. They don't force you to sit at your desk from 8-5. Benefits and 401k salary are competitive. Working remote is an option. They have career opportunities and are clear on what you have to do if you're interested in a promotion.
Cons
They don't separate sick and vacation time. There's no set training routine, it depends on the projects going on at the time and how much time your manager has to train you.
