Pros
This was a wonderful place and there are lots of opportunities to grow within the company if you are willing to put in the work just like with company. There are lots of resources available for the employees who want to know more. At the branch I was at it was more like a family and that is very important to me.
Cons
Pay, as a teller a lot is expected out of you and I do not feel that they pay reflects that (at least not in 2014).
