Pros
401K contributions are above that of industry norm. Insurance and others are on par with the industry. Inclusivity is key, and they truly care about the communities in which they serve. The new HR Director is working to increase culture and make Central Bank an outstanding place to work.
Cons
Ability to move up is rather limited, but work can become redundant. Annual pay raise %'s are below that of industry norm.
