Excellent benefits, excellent work/life balance, very stable organization. Many employees have been with the organization longer than 10 years. Most employees have pride about what we do for the state of Arizona.
Cons
Organization is slow to innovate. There is more bureaucracy than you would expect for a company with less than 500 employees.
