      Nobody has to work very hard Most people mean well but are stuck in silos The new Risk Guy seems competent (which will make him unique in ELT)

      Cons

      High politics and low competence in management is a bad combination Bet the farm on a product they can't sell Financial mismanagement leads to all-time low results and layoffs

      Very slow timeframes for changes or deadlines so not stressful.

      Cons

      Management wasting money on contractors and having to get employees to fix all the work. Very high turnover.
