Small firm, really nice team, good location.

Lot of changes for a small, growing firm.

- Few friendly people - Useful for learning some basic skills

- The WORST company culture (micro-management is encouraged) - Unfair division of workload - Demanding clients who need changes to be done "urgently" but then providing feedback after a couple of days - You will be asked to work on changes which you never received training on - Sudden shift changes (+ work on holidays) - Low salary
