Centralogic – Honest Review (1+ Year Experience) I’ve been working at Centralogic for more than a year, and honestly, the company I joined and the company it is now feel very different. When I joined, things were actually good. There was clarity in work, a proper vision, and the culture was decent. People knew what they were doing, and projects had direction. After the whole AI wave (Claude and all), management has completely lost track. There’s an unrealistic belief that AI can do everything instantly. Because of this, timelines have become ridiculous, and employees are expected to deliver in very short timeframes, which is simply not practical. This leads to constant pressure and extra working hours. Projects now start in a rush without proper planning or clarity. It feels like decisions are being made on hype rather than actual understanding. This over-dependence on AI is going to hurt the company badly in the long run. Pay is below market standards, but the workload is much higher compared to other companies. You’re expected to do more for less, which doesn’t make sense. People in the company are generally good, but your experience completely depends on your manager. There is no consistency—some teams are fine, others are chaotic. There’s also a clear lack of alignment between leadership, which creates confusion across the company. Let me be very clear on one thing: You don’t really need strong coding skills to survive here. If you’re good at talking, managing people, and maintaining relationships with managers, you’ll do well. Technical skills are not the main priority. Also, higher management doesn’t seem to trust employees much, which affects ownership and motivation.
