CT is a really great place to work, with a strong MSP focus, positive work culture, and supportive employees. From the very first day, I felt valued and welcomed. The team is friendly, helpful, and always willing to support one another. The leadership team is exceptional—they consistently motivate and support their staff, creating a healthy and encouraging work environment. I am leaving only due to personal circumstances after a few months, not because of the company or role. I truly wish I could have stayed longer in such a positive environment. If everything goes well and I get the opportunity again, I would love to work for CT in the future. Thank you very much for providing me with this opportunity. I have been working here for 4 years and every day is a new challenge. The companies focus on customer service is genuine and embodied from the top down. You get to work with some very humble people who are incredibly smart and there are so many reasons why I think it's a great place to work.

It is face paced and the company is constantly pushing us to be better. If you don't like fast paced or having to think outside the box, CT isn't for you.
