      Pros

      Opportunity to work with all the technologies used in the company's product. Seniors are ready to help at any time. The CEO of this company is very kind and always provide opportunity for enthusiastic youngsters.

      Cons

      I didn't find cons while I am working with the company! If you are not willing to do any self study about technologies you will find little difficult with the work.

      Pros

      Seemed like a good company in the beginning.

      Cons

      Top management is very patronising; does not respect employees. No clear strategy. Bad work environment for one's self esteem, and overall health. No work life balance. No growth opportunities. Lack of communication between US and India offices. Employees at the India office treated poorly.

      Too many changes in management layer, looks like managers are let go. No promotions.
