Great flexibility/work/life balance. Hands on training. Small company feel, and great leadership.

Human Resources are shared between the subsidiary company (CenterPoint Legal Solutions) and Frontline Asset Solutions. The HR Dept is located in the same building but is not within CenterPoint. Certain conflict of interest are apparent as well.

Strong leadership, lots of opportunity to grow.

Sister company seemed to drag the company down.
