Organization has undergone leadership transition and continues growing. The new leadership is amazing and this is a great place to do good work.

The organization is still growing, but the staff is committed to building a sustainable workplace that does meaningful work.

Under the direction of its co-founders, CHRCL won landmark cases that continue to define immigrants' rights (Plyler v. Doe, Flores, LULAC v. Arizona..). After the passing of the former President, the organization is going through a transition with a focus on following a community lawyering model while carrying on CHRCL's legacy. The staff is small but wonderful and there is so much opportunity for new talent looking for the support of a financially healthy organization, the partnership and guidance of senior staff with Supreme Court experience, a small caseload with a high impact, the opportunity to build a holistic legal advocacy strategy, and the flexibility of an independent litigator.

The organization is going through transition, which brings some challenges along with the opportunities. Any longstanding organization always has room to build new community relationships and grow.
