I grew up in the program. It's not a bad place but I think you should only be doing this from your teenage years into your college years. After that, issa dub.
Cons
There's favoritism, nepotism, unprofessionalism. I know management that fired decent people simply bc they ain’t like ‘em. There’s mad drama and gossip. The pay sucks.
