Pros
Very competitive salary and benefits; big bonuses; great Clayton facility at headquarters with gym and cafeteria; fast paced and daily changes if you enjoy that kind of setting (I did) Company has seen tremendous growth, with this comes opportunity as well as many growing pains.
Cons
Cutthroat job competition- you feel like you never stop interviewing for your current position, as layoff "restructuring" cycles occur typically at least 2x annually. This gives employees constant state of anxiety about job security and leaves state of leadership in constant flux. Had 5 bosses in 2 years here. Also creates huge gaps in function that the remaining employees have to fill in. (Expect long hours and frequently putting out fires that were likely preventable with appropriate resource allocation) CEO very firm on position of no telecommuting ever.
