Pros

Work from home Flexibility Pay

Cons

Some of the higher up leadership are not just incompetent but actually abusive. Sometimes it is completely inappropriate comments in meetings but other times its been actively yelling and blaming people for things that arent their fault. These behaviors have been reported by multiple people and nothing changes. Changed PTO policy to “unlimited” which means you have no declared benefit. Nothing you can donate to hourly staff (who are not on the unlimited policy), nothing paid out when you leave, and no guarantee of getting a certain amount of days. It all depends on your own managers views. The only affordable health plans are the high deductible plans which means you are basically on your own for all medical expenses. The premiums have been going up substantially every year that the small pay raises doesnt really keep pace. It appears the company does not actually want to improve things. Advice is constantly given and ignored. The same problems that were there 3 years ago are still current today. The people running the service lines don’t understand the work but also dont want to listen to the staff who are the experts if their advice differs from mgmts opinions.

Pros

Working Remote & not being in an office.

Cons

Where to begin, the pay isn't enough for what we deal with. You work yourself to death with the calls coming in constantly, while the higher ups tell you what you do wrong each time. Takes forever to get help from TL's. Calls are constantly coming in, you don't get to breath. When you do have a down time, if you're in ready more than 5 minutes they say its work avoidance. If you're out for a procedure, be prepared for retaliation. It's gotten to where I cry Sunday nights because I know what is about to come the next day. I've tried growing within the company. They only will give it to their family or friends. They will have you give them multiple reasons why you should promote, instead of promoting you, they take all the credit.
