I worked here for a large period of my career, and over the last two years the company has transformed itself from being a great place to work, to one of the worst, from every element of the business. Human resources is no longer a place for support but is there more to help implement ridiculous regulations. Management have no respect for staff anymore, if you were looking for a career here, you should take a look at the % of employees that have left the business in the past 24 months, and also the incredible and high turnaround of staff they now have. That should give you the answer if you think that this is a place to build a career. Having worked for incisive media, Denis and Centaur (where i spent the longest) i would look at other publishers before considering Centaur, unless you like be being mis-treated and extorted.
