Unless you're juiced in with the inner circle (and no its not the c-suite since those guys are very replaceable) you'd do best to lay low, put in your time, and bail.
Ideas don't really count unless they come from the founder or someone the founder knows and likes. If you mention something worth trying and it gets shot down, wait 2 quarters and it'll be top priority and someone else will be assigned to work on it.
Performance reviews get a lot of emphasis. Feedback is a weapon. Feels like being at Amazon sometimes.
