Great learning experience when it comes to HVAC and Energy savings. The team is supportive.

Management is always changing and come in with little to no background on the previous issues. Some managers are better than others but the ones that are bad really bring down the overall quality of the program. Its very unfortunate especially since the program actually does drive savings.
