Pros
Its a great place to learn and gain exposure. I was able to meet with both external stakeholders and people inside Cencosud that had a lot of experience and I made myself shown. I think its was great for a first job.
Cons
It was very hard to get a salary raise without being promoted. I think I was underpaid for the work I did (there is a big gap between me and the person over me but not my manager). Benefits were nonexistent (only the discount in some categories and some stores). The bonus, although its variable, its not well communicated the way it works and can be misinterpreted.
