Pros
Sometimes they pay slightly better than other contracts but it truly isn't worth it. Overall I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Cons
No promotion potential. I mean none. They do not factor in growth of their employees to the contract at all. All the power is held at the top and the top is open about promotion by nepotism and favoritism. The CEO of the company will even come and pretend to care. Don't speak to him about concerns if you value not being fired. Because you will be fired.
