Team-Oriented, family like atmosphere; open door policy. Encourages others ideas for our growth and change. They encourage the staff to be creative, self reliant and give us the autonomy to do our jobs while at the same time, are there to help.

As far as the company overall, I don't feel there are many cons; the only issue I have is not with the company but the market in general. We need more management contracts so we can hire more staff. It would be nice if the real estate market would turn so we can start receiving more compensation.
