I have worked at Celsius for the past 18 months as the ISM Training Manager. This is a young, energetic and fast paced company that works with the cutting edge of the technology industry and like any job role it is not for everyone...but for graduates of any subject who wish to cut their teeth within the fastest growing sector in the world it is the go to place for building corporate experience and credibility. Since the beginning of my employment at Celsius Graduate Recruitment, I have learned a lot. I was given lots of training, support and advice from day 1 and have never felt that I cant get help when required. Celsius do a fantastic job for their clients, adhering to their recruitment needs and only introducing top, top quality graduates to the companies seeking them. The most rewarding part of my job is bringing on board new clients, pitching and winning their business with our strong business model (I would recommend any sales director, looking for junior talent to come along to one of our Assessment Days). I love my job here at Celsius and I have even managed to find one of my University friends in his dream role - doesn't get much more satisfying than that! This is a very rewarding company with generous salaries, bonus structures' & company benefits such as Perk-box! I have never been given any more responsibility that I can handle and have never felt out of my depth in this role at Celsius - do not listen to the bad reviews, as all of the management at Celsius are industry experts who have always given me the best advice on how to cope with people and handle certain situations.

A con of my job I would say is the unreliable nature of the recruitment industry. Everybody knows that recruitment is a very fast paced and unpredictable sector to work in. That however, is part of the parcel when working in such industry but the fact that I work for Celsius over another recruitment agency makes it worth while as the people are great and the support is phenomenal.
