Pros
Good people (mostly), used to be a good product, now getting worse and worse quality.
Trying to be on-top of technologies (but not really successfully)
Cons
The company used to be great, now it is lost in poor managerial' decisions. Managers fight with each other to get credit for something that has not been even sold yet. The company invests a lot into marketing but ignores investing into the people and the process. Some new managers clearly have no ideas what they are doing and why they were hired for. N
Nepotism became a real thing, people who hired or promoted often because they are fiends with some top managers, but most of them do not fit into their roles.
