Pros

This is a career not a job. Here I've learned to grow a client base and how to position sales to work best for clients. I am in charge of my work load and the money I make is based on how much work you put into your clients and each sale. When first starting I was welcomed into a warm environment and allowed to still be myself. I can see myself being here for many years to come or until I've gained enough skills to open my own business.There are lots of areas to grow personal skills& job promotions. I love what I do and I enjoy the people I work with every day. We have become more than a team but more like family.

Cons

The downside of being here is it is mentally stressful. It takes a mentally strong person to work here. You also can work 4-6 days a week but no matter what you do, a social life tends to go out the window from just wanting to relax on your days off.
